For account, verification, privacy, or technical help, email support@roomeet.app. Include the school connected to your account, but never send your verification code or password.
Report or block in RooMeet
Open a member’s profile or conversation, choose the safety menu, and select Report or Block. Reports go to authorized moderators. Blocking takes effect immediately and is private.
Immediate danger
RooMeet is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call local emergency services or campus safety. In the U.S. or Canada, call 911.
Account deletion
In the iPhone app, open My Profile → Settings → Delete account. On the web, open My Profile and use Delete account. You do not need to contact support to delete your account.
Response targets
We aim to acknowledge urgent safety reports within one business day and other support requests within two business days.
